Join us for our inaugural “Girl Scouts & Gifts: Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore Gift Auction” on Friday November 15, 2024 at 6:00 PM at our Program Activity Center, Farmingdale NJ. This fun-filled event brings together community members for a chance to win amazing themed baskets while supporting a great cause.

 

Details:

  1. Guests must be registered in advance.
  2. Registration is open to anyone 21 years and older and is $30 per person.
  3. Registration includes admission, one (1) sheet of Tier 1 tickets ($20 value), cookies at your table and unlimited coffee.
  4. The event is bring your own food and beverage (limited to water, soft drinks, beer and wine. Hard alcohol is not permitted).
  5. We are accepting registrations of reserved tables of 8 in addition to single registrations.
  6. Please provide names of guests you would like to be seated with and we will do our best to accommodate seating requests.

Raffle tickets can be purchased at the event. The following packages can be pre-purchased.

  • Ticket Package #1 $40 (retail value $80) – includes 2 sheets of Tier 1 tickets ($40 value), 4 Tier 2 tickets ($20 value) and 2 Tier 3 tickets ($20 value)
  • Ticket Package #2 $75 (retail value $160) – includes 4 sheets of Tier 1 tickets ($80 value), 8 Tier 2 tickets ($40 value) and 4 Tier 3 tickets ($40 value)

 

**Doors open at 6PM

**50/50 raffle winner will be pulled at 9:30 PM – winner must be present to win

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the adult listed on the registration will receive a phone call and/or an email. Only those registered for an event will be notified of any changes or cancellations. Please note: All purchases/transactions are subject to a non-refundable, 3% convenience fee. Refunds/re-scheduling are available only when council staff cancels a program..
