In this fun, interactive 1.5-hour program designed for Junior and Cadette Girl Scouts to explore mental health, build resilience, and learn how to support themselves and their friends. Through hands-on activities, and creative take-home projects, girls will practice strategies to manage stress, boost positive habits, and strengthen their “mental core” which is designed to empower girls with tools they can use every day!
